Thank you in advance for your interest in working with AceUp! Please only consider applying if you meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of coaching experience
- ICF Certified (ACC, PCC, MCC) a.k.a. Accreditation with the ICF at the ACC level or higher. Equivalent experience will also be considered (e.g. EMCC)
- Completion of an ICF accredited coaching program
- 5+ years working in a corporate setting with at least 3+ years in a people management and leadership role
- Experience with delivering 360 debriefs
